Attracting Tomorrow’s Talent with Today’s Leaders
This session focuses on talent attraction and workforce retention by building understanding of who we are, how we were raised, and how each generation views “work” as a part of their identity. Learn talent attraction and retention strategies to overcome generational differences and attract Millennial and Gen Z employees and keep them from leaving. For instance, depending on your life stage, you might prioritize your lifestyle over your career. So how do employers manage and motivate someone who may not be as committed to their job as previous generations? This session will give you the answers.

Note: Times and events are subject to change without notice.
Craig Schiefelbein [The Butterfly Effect, Tuesday, October 5] is widely known as the founder of Paragon Development Systems (or PDS), a project he started with loose change 30+ years ago in an Oconomowoc basement and built into a $225 million company.
He is a Philanthropist: building foundations locally, bringing water to parts of Africa, and building schools in Cambodia, among many other things. He is a Servant Leader.
He is also a superhero: dressing as Batman and arriving in his original Batmobile, his part-time job is visiting children who are sick or who have disabilities.
Craig’s message, “The Butterfly Effect,” is an entertaining way to revisit the purpose we serve, how everything we do matters and how to get to a relevant legacy.
Craig was twice recognized by Ernst and Young as “Entrepreneur of the Year” and was the recipient of the Ronald Reagan National Leadership Award. PDS has repeatedly been named a Southeast Wisconsin “Best Place to Work.” INTEL recognized Craig for creating the “Most Innovative Business Solution in North America.”
